Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC-CLASS recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. Additional Description: The AMG-developed V8 is engineered for a new era of performance. Generating higher output from less displacement, the 469-hp 4.0L V8 biturbo engine is more responsive yet more fuel-efficient than previous AMG V8s. Its massive torque reaches its 479 lb-ft peak at just 1,750 rpm, and holds it all the way to 4,500 rpm, for a 3.8-second 0-60 time and instant acceleration at any speed. Yet even with its advanced design and technologies, each AMG GLC 63 engine is hand-built and signed by its own craftsman. Advanced piezoelectric fuel injectors spray fuel directly into each cylinder with exceptionally precise metering, ultrafine atomization and incredibly quick on/off switching speed. Based on the immediate, individual needs of each cylinder's combustion cycle, they can supply the ideal fuel spray at up to 2,900 psi with millisecond speed. A new generation of multispark ignition can fire the fuel mixture up to five times in a single cycle, for stronger and cleaner performance. For better performance and packaging, the AMG V8's twin turbos are placed inside the "V" of the engine. The layout sends the compressed charge from each turbo to its bank of cylinders via an extremely short path, with near-zero pressure loss or turbo lag. The high-pressure turbos spool up quickly to as much as 186,000 rpm. The setup is also highly efficient from intake to exhaust, with liquid-cooled intercoolers and close-mounted catalysts that reach peak efficiency in seconds. An ECO Start/Stop system automatically shuts off the engine at stoplights and other idle situations, to save fuel and reduce emissions. As soon as the driver lifts off the brake, the engine instantly restarts, for immediate acceleration response. The ECO Start/Stop system can also be shut off by the driver at any time. The aggressively adventurous design of the AMG GLC 63 sharpens its sword with a new AMG vertical-bar grille, twin power-dome hood, and deep "A-wing" front apron. Its long wheelbase and short overhangs enhance handling, comfort and cabin room. Sizable wheels take a stance within flared fenders. And its expressive new all-LED headlamps and taillamps, coupelike side windows, and advanced aerodynamics all identify it immediately as a modern Mercedes-AMG SUV. In form, feel, flow and function, the cabin of the GLC sets a class standard for style and craftsmanship, even among larger and pricier SUVs. Topped by a wide new display, the center console features more intuitive controls, a cascade of rich wood, and a sensuousness that continues throughout the cabin. Modern color and trim options, elegant aluminum switches and trim details, and fresh new technologies create an environment that puts every element of driving enjoyment in harmony with you. Strategic use of high-strength steel, extruded and cast aluminum, advanced polymers and innovative acoustics have created a spacious yet lightweight body structure that elevates safety, quiet comfort and handling precision, even as efficiency is increased. A wide track width, long wheelbase, and large door openings further enhance the driver's and passengers' enjoyment of the GLC's bold shape. Exclusively sculpted sport front seats feature deep bolsters hand-fitted in Black MB-Tex with DINAMICA microsuede inserts and metal AMG badges. A variety of upholstery and seating options are also available. The thick, flat-bottom AMG Performance steering wheel offers a rewarding grip and a clear view of the exclusive instruments. Brushed-metal pedals with rubber studs and AMG floor mats underscore it all.Substantially bolstered sport front seats feature exclusive contouring and stitching. Intuitive, seat-shaped controls help you and your front passenger find your ideal seating positions with 14-way power adjustment, including power lumbar and thigh supports. A memory system for each front seat recalls three stored seat positions with the touch of a button. The driver-seat memory also includes the power steering column and side mirror positions. Separate left and right temperature controls allow the driver and front passenger to enjoy personalized comfort. In addition to fully automatic or manual control of blower speed and airflow distribution, the system includes a dust and pollen filter that helps keep particles as small as 0.0002-inch from entering the cabin. Radar-based technology alerts you if you're approaching a vehicle ahead, or even some stationary objects, at a speed and distance that suggest a collision is likely. As soon as the driver starts to brake, the system can automatically provide an appropriate level of braking to help prevent a collision or reduce its severity. If you fail to respond, the system can also initiate braking automatically from speeds up to 65 mph, and can activate the features of PRE-SAFE(R). When traveling above approximately 20 mph, radar technology can help sense when a vehicle enters the blind-spot area. Blind Spot Assist can then alert the driver via an illuminated red icon in the appropriate side mirror. An audible warning sounds if the driver activates a turn signal while a vehicle is detected in the blind spot. After parking, new enhancements can also alert the driver or passengers to vehicles, cyclists or pedestrians that could be at risk if the door is opened. The first system of its kind, ATTENTION ASSIST(R) continuously monitors up to 70 parameters of driving behavior, and can automatically alert the driver with both visual and audible warnings if it detects signs of drowsiness on long trips. With enhanced sensitivity, the system can also help detect drivers who begin their trip drowsy, and offer more useful information to drivers along their journey via a new dashboard display.Meet your new 2020 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 63 4MATIC in person today at Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside located at 3213 Adams St. Riverside, CA 92504.AMG DRIVE UNIT,WHEELS: 21" BLACK AMG MULTISPOKE -inc: Tires: P265/45R21 Fr & P295/40R21 Rr,Turbocharged,All Wheel Drive,Air Suspension,Active Suspension,Power Steering,Air Suspension,Air Suspension,ABS,4-Wheel Disc Brakes,Brake Assist,Locking/Limited Slip Differential,Aluminum Wheels,Tires - Front Performance,Tires - Rear Performance,Tires - Front All-Season,Tires - Rear All-Season,Heated Mirrors,Power Mirror(s),Integrated Turn Signal Mirrors,Power Folding Mirrors,Rear Defrost,Privacy Glass,Intermittent Wipers,Variable Speed Intermittent Wipers,Rain Sensing Wipers,Rear Spoiler,Remote Trunk Release,Power Liftgate,Power Door Locks,Daytime Running Lights,Automatic Headlights,AM/FM Stereo,Satellite Radio,Bluetooth Connection,HD Radio,Requires Subscription,Premium Sound System,MP3 Player,Steering Wheel Audio Controls,Auxiliary Audio Input,Premium Sound System,Satellite Radio,HD Radio,Requires Subscription,Power Driver Seat,Power Passenger Seat,Heated Front Seat(s),Seat Memory,Bucket Seats,Mirror Memory,Driver Adjustable Lumbar,Driver Adjustable Lumbar,Passenger Adjustable Lumbar,Pass-Through Rear Seat,Rear Bench Seat,Adjustable Steering Wheel,Trip Computer,Power Windows,Telematics,Requires Subscription,Leather Steering Wheel,Keyless Entry,Power Door Locks,Keyless Entry,Power Door Locks,Keyless Start,Universal Garage Door Opener,Cruise Control,Climate Control,Multi-Zone A/C,A/C,Premium Synthetic Seats,Auto-Dimming Rearview Mirror,Driver Vanity Mirror,Passenger Vanity Mirror,Driver Illuminated Vanity Mirror,Passenger Illuminated Visor Mirror,Floor Mats,Cargo Shade,Remote Engine Start,Keyless Start,Navigation System,Mirror Memory,Smart Device Integration,Smart Device Integration,Smart Device Integration,Power Windows,Power Door Locks,Trip Computer,Security System,Engine Immobilizer,Traction Control,Stability Control,Traction Control,Front Side Air Bag,Telematics,Requires Subscription,Blind Spot Monitor,Tire Pressure Monitor,Driver Air Bag,Passenger Air Bag,Front Head Air Bag,Rear Head Air Bag,Passenger Air Bag Sensor,Knee Air Bag,Child Safety Locks,Back-Up Camera
