Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1951 Ford F-100 recalls can be found in this database. Additional Description: This 1951 Ford F-1 stands apart with its Jack Daniels logos and plenty of classic cruiser touches. There's even the right amount of workman attitude left in. And when you go beyond the mean matte black paint, there's a very thoughtful build with fuel-injected V8 power and an upgraded suspension. The Ford F-1 is arguably the best-looking post-war truck. While they all have a basic industrial attractiveness, this one is a cut-above because of its tasteful customizing. It starts with the aggressive forward-leaning stance that's emphasized further by the tough matte black attitude. The body seems to carry this tone correctly with a few reaming marks from its get-to-work days. So it almost feel like Jack Daniels left a lasting sign on the body. But its premium attitude really shines thought in the details, like the bright chrome bumpers, glossy lumber in the truck bed, classic wood bed rails, polished wheels, and wide whitewall tires. The interior continues the theme of a vintage truck with just the right upgrades added in. So you get the classic bench seat, steel door panels, and the large and grippy steering wheel. The tall shifter brings back some of that street machine attitude. Plus, the full VDO gauge package with large speedo, large tach, and separate auxiliary readouts is a clear indication of something special in the engine bay. When you lift the hood, Cobra air topper and matching valve covers instantly signal this pickup has some serious power. This is a 351 cubic-inch V8, and so this F-1 is powered by a Ford legend, but a much younger one. It has a tidy setup with upgraded pulleys, nice belts, and an aluminum radiator with electric fan. There's even a compressor and a condenser to get you on your way to air conditioning. But what you'll love the most are the performance upgrades. This classic Ford has an electronic fuel injection system. That's great for both added consistency and stout performance that you get to dial-in on demand from the GO EFI controller in the glovebox. Plus, there are other worthwhile features like the MSD ignition and shorty headers feeding the dual exhaust. This was built to be a true cruiser, that's why you have a tubular A-arm front suspension, adjustable front coilovers, upgraded rear shocks, a three-speed automatic transmission, and power brakes with front discs. When a cool total package like this is offered at an obtainable price, then you know it won't stay long in our showroom. Call now!
