Not only does the brand new black roof look great, but also it coordinates with the black wheel covers to make this Eldorado remain looking upper-class when the roof is in place. When you put the top down, the Buckskin Tan looks like a coordinating tone with the exterior, but with a deeper tone. So yes, this was born a sophisticated-looking convertible. This has a high-degree of originality, and you can really see it right down to the pleats in the leather seats. These Eldorados were all about comfort. It fires up readily and the V8 inhales deeply from the four-barrel carburetor. The three-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly, power steering makes driving effortless, and it rides like a proper cruising Caddy cloud. There are new brakes, and don't forget that this is the only year of these Eldorados to get the superior stopping power of power brakes with discs at all four corners.
